Our board member, Barbara LeSavoy, PhD is an organizer for the Seneca Falls Dialogs. This event happens every other year, in Seneca Falls, NY. It is a wide-ranging discussion of women’s issues. Due to the virus that changed everything, the Dialogs are online this year. This means the event is free, and available worldwide. Registration is still required. The mayor of Veliky Novgorod, Rochester’s sister city, Sergey Busurin, sent a letter to our Mayor, Lovely Warren. This year is the 30th anniversary of the sister-city relationship.
The Covid-19 public health crisis has left no corner of the globe untouched and Russia, including our sister city, Velikiy Novgorod, has not been exempted. At this writing, Russia is the world’s fourth most-affected country in terms of infections, behind the US, Brazil and India.
